Item Description
Wooden Norbu torma painted in lovely bright colors. The flaming norbu is a symbol of Buddha Nature, the "wish-fulfilling jewel". This torma can be placed on your shrine as a representation of wisdom mind, one of the three traditional representations including Body (photo or statue), Speech (text) and Mind (stupa, phurba).
Within Buddhist and Hindu mythology, the Norbu is a wish-fulfilling precious gem of great power. The legend says that this magical jewel manifests everything one wishes for. It is often depicted with a flaming crown and is carried on the windhorse's back in prayer flags.
Measures 5 inches tall and 2 1/2 inches in diameter.
