Item Description
Bid now for a 5-night stay in this magical cottage in Jenner, CA. Wine tasting, kayaking, hiking, seal-watching, beachcombing, and more: it all starts here.
Perched atop a hill, the house offers views of the Russian River just before it meets the Pacific. As a neighbor to the Wildlands Conservancy, the property is calm, quiet, and a great place to take in the beauty of the Sonoma Coast.
The house is well equipped. And you're welcome to use anything you find: 1 queen bed, 1 futon, fireplace, WiFi, and oh did we mention: a hot tub. Trees abound. Flowers abloom. And this deck. Really, this deck.
The home neighbors the Wildlands Conservancy, which spans 5,630 acres, and is protected from development. Tucked into a seasonal creek valley, the home is protected from coastal winds, and privileged to a surprising amount of coastal sun.
You're free to roam the entire property: through the house, across the decks, down the paths, along the creek, and beneath the redwoods.
Donated by James Bair and Ryan Whitacre.
