Item Description

Enjoy a selection of hand-chosen wines featuring ten different bottles from the United States, Italy, France, and beyond. Keep for yourself, share with a friend, or give out as a wonderful holiday gift. This wine selection includes:

Thirsty Owl Lot 99. Finger Lakes, NY. From one of The Finger Lakes oldest wineries on Cayuga Lake. An Estate blend of Pinot Noir and the local hybrid grape Chancellor. Dry and smooth.

Manuel Olivier Haute Cotes du Nuits Blanc. Burgundy, France. An elegant, organically grown white of Chardonnay from the heart of Burgundy's hillside vineyards. Only light oak influence. Elegant and refined.

CALX Primitivo. Puglia, Italy. An organically grown, smooth red from Southern Italy. A great pasta and meatballs wine. Medium in body.

Lone Birch Rosé. Washington State. From an Estate established in Yakima Valley in the 1960s. Made from Sangiovese and Syrah. This is not a lighter style of Rosé and can be great during the colder months, too. Great with grilled foods.

Vigilance Vineyards Cabernet. Lake County, CA. From the mountains just north of Napa Valley. Sustainable farmed vineyards at high elevations overlooking Clear Lake. A rich and smooth red.

Domaine Jouclary Viognier. Southwest France. An exotically perfumed white with honey and apricot aromas. Dry but smooth fruit flavors of pears and peaches. A great alternative to Chardonnay.

Mas Sauvaire Red Blend. Languedoc, France. A blend of Grenache and Carignane. Some Syrah adds some spice. Easy drinking and soft. Great with burgers or meatloaf.

Alberto Loi-Cardedu Monica di Sardinia. A chillable red from the coastal Italian shores. Monica (the name of the grape) is a trattoria-type of red. Light, easy and a little savory. Chill it slightly with spicy pasta dishes.

Vigneti Massa FUSO Barbera. Piedmont, Italy.  This might be the best mushroom pizza wine of all time!. If you like good Pinot Noir but want something Italian......go with great Barbera. This is just that!

Cellier Baraterie Savoie Blanc. Savoie, France  An enticing white from the alpine climate of Savoie. The grape is Jacquere and the flavors are delicate and refreshing. This is alpine wine. Crisp, aromatic, lower in alcohol than some wines. Organic. Delish!
