Item Description

You hire an architect to design a house, a designer to refresh a room, go for couture to wear something special, well...I hate to be obvious BUT...what about your life?!? Creative Projects? Your plans that just don't manage to get yourn full attention? Hold up everyone - the cavalry has arrived!

Workflow Architects understand how it feels to be inundated with so many 'to dos' you’re left not knowing where to begin. We've successfully customized clear and implementable tools for our clients to master their goals and projects.

Get 2020 started right as part of a small cohort dedicating a few hours three weekends in January (NYC) working to identify priorities, measure and evaluate their priority levels with your own custom metrics leading to customized tools.

OUR PROCESS
1. We’ll schedule an exploratory call to identify the focus of our work together.
2. In our sessions we’ll work together to sketch out the framework for your customized plan using various exercises. Some light custom assignments will be made for the weeks between sessions.
3. We’ll help you draw up the mainframe of your plan and refine the plan together once you've had an opportunity to test it.
5. You’ll have the tools you need and the path forward will be clear.

All tools are custom-crafted for you and the way you like to work/learn. We'll spend time identifying and customizing workflows outside of the tools we create to support your use of them. Stalled projects will be a thing of the past.

Note:We keep the group small so placement is limited. Sign up for the two slots saved for supporters of THE SECRET CITY! First session is scheduled for Saturday, 1/4/2020, Manhattan location TBD.

About:

You could say systems are Tari Ayala’s jam. Throughout her career as a managing editor, she coordinated major multimedia projects and monthly, quarterly, and weekly magazines from idea generation to shipping them off to the printers. This involved collaborating with various vendors, independent departments, and leading dozens of staffers, all while keeping my eye on the deadline and morale. Tari’s skills sharpened as the shift from print media to digital took shape. It afforded her countless opportunities to fine-tune her ability to customize workflow and strategy in real time. My training as a health coach has deepened my ability to ground goal-setting in the need to strike a sustaining equilibrium with other aspects of people’s lives, and the creative projects or work initiative they hope to achieve.
