Item Description

Grab a piece of San Francisco Giants baseball history! Bid now, on the GAME-USED warm up ball that energized Jeremy Affeldt to the 2014 World Series Game 7 WIN, yes WIN! And the Giants to their third World Championship in five years!

There was a little bit of controversy with Jeremy Affeldt being named the winner, as Madison Bumgarner was originally credited with this historic win, but after the officials consulted on the ruling, it became clear that Affeldt was the game winner with Bumgarner receiving credit for the save, making THIS BALL an important piece to the Giants 2014 World Series Championship WIN.

Affeldt was in the game when the Giants scored the go-ahead run in the fourth inning to take a 3-2 lead and pitched 2 1/3 scoreless innings in relief of Tim Hudson and therefore earned the win. Making this ball even more valuable for any fan of the orange and black!

For his career, Affeldt is 2-0 with an 0.86 ERA in 33 postseason games, and he has been part of three title teams in San Francisco. Even more reason to bid on this "priceless" piece of the Giants dynasty's history.
