This all-new oceanfront restaurant and lounge at Delray Sands—one of the newest additions to the Opal Collection—has resurfaced with a breathtaking renovation that features evocative, sensory experiences inspired by the sea and five fascinating social and dining spaces: Chef’s Seafood Bar, Alfresco Ocean Terrace, Stylishly Refined Main Dining Room, Wave Pool Bar and Private Social Event Rooms. Beach chic luxury
The beautifully redesigned restaurant and lounge captures the true spirit and depths of the ocean. From a glass bubble chandelier to a mesmerizing wave wall to spectacular lighting effects, the décor transports you to a magical underwater world. A modern coastal palette of bright sea salt white, deep ocean blues, driftwood oak and coral accents create a stylish and inviting setting. Each of the five distinctive social and dining spaces have their own vibe and style. By day, sweeping ocean vistas soothe and relax, and when night comes, each space is transformed with specialty lighting and illuminated design features.

Fresh coastal cuisine
The menu at Latitudes offers bright new flavors, fresh from the sea, farm and garden. The farm-to-table inspired cuisine ranges from simple fare to sophisticated coastal gastronomy. Chef’s Seafood Bar

The Chef’s Seafood Bar is the energetic hub of Latitudes. A stunning marbled-swathed seafood bar with pedestal seating is a lively, fun and convivial place to see and be seen. In the lounge, gather with friends at a communal table, enjoy an intimate settee or cozy nook at the alfresco terrace—the ocean views are magnificent from every seat. The seafood bar and lounge features a vibrant all-day menu that’s perfect for sharing, with small plates, light bites and signature hand-crafted cocktails, wine and craft beer.

Barista Bar
By morning, our bar and lounge transform into an express breakfast bar. Wake up early and watch the sunrise while our barista crafts you a perfect beverage. Featuring fresh squeezed juice, handcrafted smoothies and freshly baked breakfast pastries baked by our in-house pastry chef.

Alfresco Ocean Terrace
Let yourself be romanced by the sounds of the ocean on this tranquil outdoor beachfront terrace. You can share a bite under the sun or under the stars. Be it a brunch in the breeze, romantic sunset dinner or long lunch, all of it tastes best outside.

Stylishly Refined Main Dining Room
Submerge yourself in refined casual dining elegance with 180-degree panoramic views. Sublime and sophisticated, with an ocean-inspired menu, the sumptuous space features terraced seating areas that cascades down to the ocean, so that every seat looks out to the sea. This beautiful and dramatic space transitions from day to night with custom lighting that captures the flow of bubbles rising from the sea depths.

Within the main dining room, a glass-enclosed private dining offers a spectacular setting for special dinners and celebrations, with seating for up to 10 guests at a dramatic driftwood oak table. A playful sea-inspired bubble light feature rises along with back wall and seems to float with the current on the ceiling in the refined main dining room.

Wave Pool Bar
You’ll have a “swell” time at this stylishly casual poolside lounge. The glow of a stunning wave bubble wall separates the indoor and outdoor bar areas. This idyllic tropical oasis has a modern coastal feel, with ocean-inspired touches and an al fresco cocktail fire table for cool evenings. The perfect place to unwind, Wave serves creative cocktails, fine wine, craft beer, small plates and lighter fare. Soak up the sun, or come after the sun goes down, and enjoy the warm seaside breezes at the ultimate watering hole.

Private Social Event Rooms
Our private social event rooms are so close to the ocean you can almost feel the current. With breathtaking ocean views, the beauty of the sea surrounds you. Featuring sea-inspired lighting and a spectacular carpet that honors the ocean, crafted from discarded fishing nets and evocative of the deepest ocean waters. For extraordinary events, there are two private social event rooms to accommodate up to 100 guests for an oceanfront wedding, cocktail reception, anniversary party, or other celebration. Plan with ease and gather with confidence, as we create an event that you and your guests will long remember.

The champagne brunch will be served every Sunday from 10:30am - 2:00pm,  Gratuities are not included.  You will need to present the certificate upon arrival and copies will not be accepted.
