Nantucket Vacation with Round Trip Ferry!

1 Week at a fully equipped vacation rental on Nantucket Island during Fall of 2020 PLUS round-trip ferry vouchers for two to Nantucket! 

House includes 3 spacious bedrooms plus sunroom, sleeps 7-9 people. Great for a family or two to getaway! A recent renovation has updated the 1st floor including contemporary remodeled full bathroom and an additional new bathroom. This gray shingled/French-door Nantucket summer home offers comfortable vacationing in the prime Madaket neighborhood of Fisher's Landing. The upside down layout showcases water views on the upper level, and plenty of sleeping and living space both upstairs and downstairs. 

Details about the House: Upon entering you are greeted by a bright and sunny sprawling Family Room with a Queen sleep sofa and wood burning fireplace. Just beyond the Family Room is a private window-filled Sun Room with comfortable day bed and trundle. Both Family Room and Sun Room have French doors inviting you to enjoy the brand new spacious deck with comfortable lounge furniture, dining for 8+ under pergola and gas grill , outdoor ping pong table, outdoor shower and matured landscape views of conservation land - a very private setting on a corner lot. The downstairs also has a Queen size Guest Bedroom and a Kids Room with Bunk beds and a Twin bed (fits 3 children comfortably), offering a fun haven away from the adults. Full bath and convenient laundry is also located on the first floor.

Staircase up brings you to the second floor featuring an open plan full Kitchen, wood burning fire place with Dining area, Sitting Room and balcony with breakfast table and cocktail couch  to enjoy the ocean views and conservation land from above.  Cathedral beamed ceilings bring a taste of Vermont to the Island.  Powder room is conveniently located off Kitchen for entertaining.  There is also a spacious Master Bedroom with King Size Bed, Master Bath with double sink on the second floor.  

Fishers Landing neighborhood offers tennis courts and basketball courts down the street.  Just a short walk away and you are at Madaket Harbor. Madaket Beach is only 1.5 miles away as well as turtle pond and nature paths. 

ALSO includes a voucher for two round-trip passengers from the Steamship Authority on their High-Speed Ferry from Hyannis to Nantucket.

Item Special Note

Nantucket House: Valid for vacations in the Fall of 2020 only. Date to be mutually agreed upon, excluding Sept. 4-7 and Oct. 9-12.

Due to the COVID-19 Emergency: Details around specific dates to use the Vacation Home may be subject to change. Winner should contact Dana Volman to discuss plans, including any necessary changes that may come up.

Steamship Authority: Vouchers will expire December 31, 2020. Non trasferable or exchangeable, cannot be used to book separate one-way trips. Advance reservations are required. 

Bidder is responsible for shipping and handling fees, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via USPS Certified Mail and billed at standard industry rates.
