Join Theresa and Bob Ende for a virtual cooking class and learn how to make authentic Spring Rolls and Peanut Sauce. Theresa will show you how to make these delicious Vietnamese-inspired appetizers via Zoom. Cooking in real time with Theresa, you will enjoy step-by-step instructions and entertaining demonstration in the comfort of your own kitchen. This cooking experience includes a 'Spring Roll Kit' that includes a few of Theresa's favorite items. Plus, you will receive a complete recipe packet, a shopping list for ingredients, and a list equipment needed prior to the class. Bob will serve as the Zoom moderator and will make sure your questions are answered live by Theresa during the class. This unique event will take place on Labor Day Sunday, September 6, 2020 from 5-6pm and can accommodate up to 5 parties/kits.

Plan to pick up the items you won on Monday, July 6, 2020 between the hours of 9 am until noon. The location for Curbside Pick-up is 33540 Loop Road at the Community Services Building. If you have another time on July 6 that suits your schedule, please call 209-670-6655 or email Cheryl.Stern49@gmail.com to make arrangements for another time on July 6.
Please plan to wear a mask when picking up items.
Auction Items containing alcohol must be picked up no later than July 15, 2020. Please bring your ID when picking these up.
If you are not in Kirkwood, your items will be stored at the Community Services Building until September 6, 2020. Please email JGillies@kmpud.com to make arrangements for pick up.
Small items such as Gift Cards, will be mailed to you at your residence address.
