Die Cast by Franklin Mint. Previously owned Franklin Mint model car. #7 Including certification documentation.
NOTE: Front bumper bracket missing.
This model represents the 4.3 litre Alvis made by Alvis Ltd, Coventry, England, in 1938. This was one of very few cars of the day capable of actually reaching 100 mph (161 km/h), with an impressive 137 bhp in standard form and up to 170 bhp in race-prepared cars.
This Franklin Mint model is finished in British Racing Green and has a distinctive chrome bonnet and wire wheels. The car's details are well proportioned such as the handles, mirrors and fittings while the windscreen folds down. It has a Certificate of Authenticity.
