Item Description
Big Love's Bass | This piece utilizes the wax crayon scratch art technique popularized by middle school art teachers everywhere. It was Doc's idea to use this simple but fun method on the piece to bring a little levity and nostalgia to the school of bass, plus frankly he didn't think he could paint a beachscape as well as any of the other artists. All "artist" proceeds from the auctioning of this piece will be donated to the Black Lives Matter movement.
Artist: Michael (Doc) Romanowsky
Doc lives between Boston and Martha's Vineyard, where he enjoys fishing and spending time with family. His other passions include martinis, baking shows, Hallmark movies, and miniature everything (including his wife, Jan.) In quarantine Doc has begun to explore his more artistic side, eliciting much critical acclaim from his 151 instagram followers. He has the biggest heart and is truly larger than life, which is how he came by the moniker of Big Love. If this doesn't work out he's considering stand-up comedy, so let's hope this fish gets bid on.
Sponsors: Sea Legs
Item Special Note
This is a one-sided bass.
