UNIVERSITY PRESS: WELCH, BIGELOW, AND COMPANY, CAMBRIDGE?. The guilt cartouche refers to Thoreau as ?Author of Walden and A Week on Concord River?. The wreath is stamped in the center of the two covers. Condition: fair. Cracked & faded binding. Poor shelf and edge wear. The pages are very good. There?s slight foxing on the pages, if any. There are a few pencil markings in the margins.
