Was one of your New Years resolutions to start running? Are you preparing for a race? Seasoned runner and 3L Lily Cusack will make a customized training plan for any distance you choose to stay on track! You choose the distance or goal you're aiming for, and she'll create a 14-16 week plan for you to meet your goal.
Lily ran on her track and cross-country teams in high school and on Mizzou Running Club, competing in multiple D2, D3, and national collegiate club races. She has also run three half marathons and four full marathons.
