Three one-hour sessions with practitioner, Aija Kins (our own Waverly parent!), at Move My Soul. Aija uses a body-centered approach that focuses on a client's deep personal process with the underlying philosophy that emotions, patterns, and events can become energetically blocked in the body causing the person emotional distress or unease. Try this to feel fully alive!
MoveMySoul offers individual, couples, and group sessions based on the philosophy of Radical Aliveness (www.radicalaliveness.org).
The Radical Aliveness approach to therapy is body centered, with a deep belief that healing lies within each of us. Individual sessions focus on a client's deep personal process with the underlying philosophy that emotions, patterns and events can become energetically blocked (consciously or unconsciously) in the physical body causing the person emotional distress or unease.
Radical Aliveness sessions are for people who would like to participate in alternative or complementary approaches to traditional therapy.
Sessions can support people suffering from anxiety, loneliness and depression. This type of therapy can be used to address addictive behaviors and patterns, relationships, as well as issues relating to childhood trauma and abuse. Parenting difficulties, as well as strategies to manage these concerns, can also be addressed.
Sessions are held in a safe environment where all and everything is welcome.

Physical items can be picked up at The Waverly School Elementary Campus, 67 W. Bellevue, Pasadena, from June 1-4, between 8:30am-10:30am.
