Item Description
Come explore this Adirondack inspired house in Kensington; hear the stories of its creation, and have lunch with the owners. The place began in 1900 as a farm, but in1915 it was it was transformed into a summer home and small camp for girls and named Sunny Knoll. Then eighty-five years later it was reimagined as home for Preservation Company principal, Lynne Monroe and her husband, Frank Whittemore.
While writing an article, for NH Home Magazine, Andi Axman called it a work of art. You can read about it https://www.nhhomemagazine.com/a-magical-renovation, but it's much better in person!
Item Special Note
