"My life work has been devoted to understanding the subtleties of health and healing and to helping individuals heal from the inside out. I have been practicing medicine for over 20 years, working initially as a hospitalist and then a hospice physician. In 2004 I was among the first physicians to become certified in Holistic Medicine and soon after I started integrating holistic complementary medicine in a primary care setting within a large local health organization. In 2014 I discovered Anthroposophic Medicine. I completely fell in love with this way of looking at human health and found it to be the most comprehensive of all the modalities I had studied. I decided to dedicate my life to it and, after completing the 5 years of required training, I started a practice where I can focus more exclusively on this way of medicine. The 20 years of practicing Allopathic and Integrative Medicine and all my years of studies in other intuitive healing modalities have shaped me into the physician I am today. As a consequence, I bring to my encounter with each patient an open-minded, individualized approach where I try to understand another human being’s struggles and victories and use my years of studies and experience to provide support and guidance. Sometimes illness can present an opportunity for growth. I view the patient-doctor relationship as a sacred partnership, where both parties are continually growing and learning from each other."
