Item Description
Are you planning to apply for a grant from NH's Land & Community Heritage Investment Program (LCHIP) in 2022? Have it done for you by preservation consultant Meghan Gross. Work will include submission of the LCHIP Intent to Apply form (due May 2022) and the completed Grant Application (due June 2022) to LCHIP*.
Ms. Gross will visit the site and meet with the client and other involved parties during the process to ensure satisfactory completion of the Grant Application before submission to LCHIP. A contract with Ms. Gross will be signed prior to start of work. Approximately 25-30 hours of consulting hours included.
*Note: A grant application prepared by a consultant does not guarantee that grant monies will be awarded but is beneficial if you are not familiar with preservation language, processes, and budgeting, and want assistance in submitting submit a complete and compelling application.
Item Special Note
Does not include additional costs and supplies such as printing application materials, purchase of USB flash drive, etc.
Mask wearing will be required during in-person consult associated with grant application process, unless otherwise specified before meeting in person.
