This certificate package is for one (1) complimentary Wynn Resort Room for certificate holder and up to one (1) guest for two (2) nights, and one (1) complimentary dinner for two (2) at Allegro at Wynn Las Vegas. Blackout dates may apply. Hotel stay is subject to availability and is limited to single or double occupancy. Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival date. A complimentary daily resort fee of $45 plus tax will be added to your room account for each room night, which entitles you to receive in-room Wi-Fi for four devices; access for up to two persons to our fitness center; access to our resort pools and sundecks; a dedicated concierge offering special dining access, spa reservations and golf tee times; unlimited local, domestic long distance (including HI and AK) and toll free calls; a digital newsstand of magazines and newspapers; Alexa in-room entertainment services and room controls and a 24-hour elevator lobby security team for enhanced guest safety. Some amenities, such as the fitness center and pool, are subject to availability and guest demand A $50.00 surcharge per guest shall be added for each guest exceeding the two (2) person limit. Maximum occupancy for all standard rooms and suites is four (4) guests. A fee of $250 per person will be applied to any room or suite in excess of maximum occupancy, up to $3,000. Violations will result in eviction and trespass from property. A valid credit card authorized to cover resort fees and tax, plus $150.00 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in. Outside food and beverage, including coolers, are not permitted at the resort and casino. Guests arriving with these items will be required to discard these items or leave them in their vehicle for the duration of their visit. One (1) complimentary dinner for two (2) at Allegro up to a maximum value of $250.00. The complimentary dinner at Allegro does not include gratuity and may only be redeemed for dinner. Total complimentary Allegro dinners for two (2) awarded to a single reservation associated with this certificate package shall not exceed one (1) meal for two (2). Allegro blackout dates may apply. The Allegro dinner may only be redeemed one time, any unused value may not be used during a subsequent visit and may only be used in conjunction with this certificate package. This certificate package is non-transferable, may not be exchanged or substituted, is not available over holidays, may not be combined with any other offer, may only be redeemed one time and has no cash value. This certificate package is not valid for any group bookings, conventions or existing reservations, and is non-commissionable. Wynn Las VegasTM reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify this offer at its sole discretion. This certificate package is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Certificate holder and guests will be required to adhere to all applicable Wynn policies when redeeming this certificate package, including, without limitation, the Wynn Las Vegas Health & Safety Plan. In the event certificate holder is prevented from accessing property as a result of such policies, then certificate holder may be prohibited from redeeming their certificate package in Wynn’s sole discretion.
