Item Description
This 12" x 18" matted print is of one of the Bald Eagles that returns with its mate to the same nest on the Nashua River in Pepperell, MA every year.
From photographer Sue Bleiweiss: "If you look closely you will see the band on her leg. I've been following this eagle and her mate for several years now and a few years back was able to get a shot of the numbers on her band. She was banded in 2013 in a nest about 75 miles from the nest she uses every year to raise her young. This photo was taken in April of 2021."
A stunning and inspiring image of a Bald Eagle in flight, right here in the Nashua River watershed.
