Item Description

Classic Yellowhorse family design, this handsome black onyx stone is surrounded by individually created beads of sterling silver. Richard, known as Little Yellowhorse, is a fourth generation Navajo silversmith, following in the family tradition of his mother Gloria, and his aunt Artie Yellowhorse.  This ring is part of the Yellowhorse "Rising Sun" design, which has been one of their most popular and enduring designs. The family's strong history of quality stones and fine craftsmanship is evidenced in this ring. Gloria states that she hopes that their jewelry will help the wearer understand the Navajo concept of "Walk with Beauty".

Details:  Ring size: 8 1/2.  Bears makers mark Little Yellowhorse; "Rising Sun" Sterling USA. Stone measures 3/4" in diameter; full ring measures 1" in diameter. Excellent condition.
