Item Description
This is a hands-on virtual creative workshop that will be held on Zoom with Meleanna Meyer. The topic is building visual vocabulary/ utilizing cultural symbols to tell our stories of resilience and healing.
The workshop will be for 4 hours and the workshop can accommodate a group of 8-12 people.
Artist & Educator Meleanna Meyer rarely offers these kinds of intimate, open workshops that delve into creativity and cultural insights. A veteran educator in the visual arts, she supports all scholarship efforts for Hawaiian students in hopes that they too, will have the opportunities she enjoyed while attending the University of Hawaii- or any other community campus!
