2000 Kirkland Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon
Picked ripe at 24.0 brix, this blend is comprised of four different lots of wine. Since this wine was not filtered or fined, it will give earthy, dusty tones on the finish reminiscent of the specially selected clones in the estate vineyard. Full bodied with good tannins and fruit — rich black currant and cherry flavors on the finish Aged in 50% French and 50% American oak barrels Great with chocolate and rich desserts
2017 Louis Martini Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
This Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a distinctly layered wine with notes of ripe dark plum, black currant and sage. Rich and full-bodied, this superbly balanced wine has an expansive mid-palate and an exceptionally long finish. Already displaying a refined profile, this vintage’s well-structured tannins and ample acidity will allow it to age for more than a decade.
2020 Acclaimed Cabernet Sauvignon
Deep, dark plum and cherry hues with an earthy nose. This young wine will only get better over time but is definitely drinkable now. It is a bold, full-bodied wine that you would expect from this region with balanced tannins that was not overpowering at all. This would pair great with any red meat entree or any robust flavored dishes.
2019 Bogle Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon
Opening with dense fruit notes of dried cherry and plum compote, this wine captivates the nose and palate. Hints of clove, nutmeg and burnt caramel are imparted through 14 months of aging in American Oak barrels.
