Item Description
Add these gems to your wine cellar by bidding on a bottle of Hafner 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon and a bottle of Hafner 2018 Chardonnay. Hafner Vineyard is in Sonoma County’s Alexander Valley is nestled where the hills, creek, and vines meet. They've been in business for fifty years, but remain small-scale by choice by selling only direct to consumers.
The Cab: Youthful. Ripe fruit aromas of blackberries, raspberries, and cassis. Silky, rich, chewy. Violets, mint, steak tartare, bittersweet chocolate and vanilla, toasty notes. Long finish.
The Chardonnay: Opens with intense floral notes of pear blossoms and candied lemon peel. It has youthful fruity notes on the palate as well as toasted brioche, flint, and vanilla cream.
