Our approach to nutrition is very individualized. We do not recommend any one type of diet, rather we work with you on where you are, what matters to you and the individual needs you are faced with.
We will not talk about grass fed beef and organic broccoli if you are eating McDonald’s every day. We will work with you where you are and focus on easy things you can—and are willing to— control and are willing to control. Small changes over time produce the greatest results and are the easiest to maintain long term.
It is always easier to add that it is to subtract. We will never tell you to cut things out of your plan but rather add good things in that will crowd out some of the foods that may be taking you further away from your goals. It’s all about focusing on quality foods, balancing macros (carbs, protein, fat) and nutrient timing.
