Item Description
This bamboo 9 ft., 3 piece fly rod with an extra tip section was made by the Heddon Company of Michigan in the early 1930's. David Henderson, of Bristol restored it in 2019 to original condition. The aluminum tube and cotton rod sack are not original but function as intended. David has fished the rod this spring and finds no problems with it. It casts a modern 6 or 7 weight line sweetly and with power. David offers a free lesson or two to the winning bidder, if they are new to fly fishing.
