Sanford Tours & Experiences offers a historical ghost tour for two, a 1/2 day bike rental for two, and a golf cart rental for 1/2 day for use in Downtown Sanford.

Park in the ample parking lot at the end of 1st Avenue, hop on a bike with your favorite person, and ride the trail around Lake Monroe (26 miles for the full circle). Then, hop in your golf cart for some great shopping to fill out the afternoon.  Enjoy a lovely dinner at one of the many amazing restaurants in Sanford (on your own) before you meet up with your guide at 7 PM for the "ghouly" walking tour.  

Must be booked in advance according to the certificate provided.

Bike Rental:

Take an adventure in Historic Downtown Sanford! Rent an adventure hybrid bike and cruise through historic downtown Sanford, check out the historic homes in the residential district, or ride the Sanford RiverWalk, a multi-use pedestrian trail that runs along with Lake Monroe.  

A helmet and a bike lock are available for use with rental. Reservations must be made for rentals.
 
Please note
Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and clothing appropriate for biking. Each booking will require a digital waiver to be filled out and your credit card information to be kept on file until the rental ends.

Renters must be age 18+ or older. Helmets are available for use with the rental but are optional. A bike chain lock is provided with the rental and is required for securing your bike when you are going to be away from the rental. 

Golf Cart Rental:

Cruise downtown and enjoy Sanford’s Commercial Historic District with 25 historic buildings dating from 1877 through 1924. Or, head over to the neighboring Sanford Residential Historic District with 434 historic buildings.  This district offers a wide range of historic architectural home styles including Craftsman, Prairie, Queen Anne, Folk Victorian, National, Colonial Revival, Spanish Eclectic, and more. In fact, both of these historic districts are listed on the National Register of Historic Places!

And finally, head on over to the southern shore of Lake Monroe to catch a sunset unlike any other.

Ghost Tour:

Dare to experience a Historical Ghost Walking Tour in Historic Downtown Sanford, Florida! During this ghost walk, prepare to be regaled with tales of old and new concerning ghostly experiences in the downtown area, culminating with a walk to an actual haunted building! You will be presented with an overview of ghostly activities by an expert guide as you walk the streets learning historical stories gathered from the people who live in Sanford themselves. Incorporated in 1877, the stories of Sanford's past residents and those still lurking around are plentiful.  Starts at 7 PM.
