Private Wine Class for up to 20 guests with Total Wine & More

Treat your friends, family, and fellow wine lovers to a private wine tasting for up to 20 people in the classroom of our store.

Total Wine & More will host an event that is certain to impress you and your guests. Enjoy a tour of the land and learn about the famed appellations and grape varietals that make each region so unforgettable. Taste a variety of our premium, hand-selected wines and discover hidden treasures from the wine region of your choosing. One of our wine experts will present and discuss each delicious wine during your two-hour class, which can be arranged as a seated class-style or more casual walk-around event. Total Wine & More will provide all necessary stemware and educational handouts for tasting notes.

*PLEASE NOTE: If this certificate is redeemed in one of our New Jersey stores, customers will only taste four wines by state law instead of eight. Also, It is important for the recipient to be given the original certificate to ensure they understand the redemption policy for the Private Wine Class.*

Important Notes:

• Gift certificate expires 04/17/2025
• Four weeks lead time requirewd from request date to event date
• Tasting amounts vary by state law but will not be more than 2oz per wine
• Certificate will cover up to 20 guests. Each additional attendee subject to charge of $30 per person up to the room's maximum capacity
• Minumum attendee requirement is 14
• Total Wine & More does not provide food for Redeemed Private Tasting. Catering food prepared outside of the store is permitted in the classroom
• Classes cannot be held on holiday weekends or during the last 7 weeks of the year
• Certificates are valid for in-store redemption only; no cash value or product
• Wines included in packages cannot be substituted or modified
• The additional purchase of alchohol for the purpose of consumption or tasting while in the classroom is not permitted

PICK UP / SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

Bidder will be responsible for the shipping/mailing fee, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via USPS and billed at standard industry rates. 

Items cannot be replaced if broken, lost, or stolen. Therefore, tracking is advised.

Auction items will not be shipped or will not be able to be picked up prior to April 12, 2023.

SPECIAL NOTE: Crespi Carmelite High School will be closed from April 6-14, 2023 for Easter break. However, the Advancement Office will be open during certain hours listed below.

Local bidders may pick up from Crespi Office of Advancement on April 11, 12, 13, & 14, 2023 between the hours of 11am-2pm. Beginning Monday, April 17, 2023 pick-up hours will resume as normal from 9am-4pm.
