Located in north San Diego County, the 400-acre resort offers breathtaking views and is just minutes from the Pacific Ocean. 

Your spacious luxury villa includes three master suites each with a private balcony, two of which overlook the resort's pool; fireplaces in every room; cast-iron steeping tub and separate shower with stone surroundings; gourmet kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances; flat-screen plasma TV in every living area and bedrooms; designer furnishings and distinctive artwork; high-speed Internet; and lush exterior landscapting with garden and ocean scenery.

As part of the world-famous Omni La Costa Resort & Spa, you will enjoy all that the resort is known for. Enjoy access to the Athletic Club with select complimentary classes, tennis, social dining and retail. There are seven swimming pools, multiple Jacuzzis, water slides and splash pad. The resort's centerpiece is its world-famous 26,000 square-foot spa and salon. In addition there two PGA Championship 18-hole golf courses and 17 hard and clay tennis courts - plus many more local recreational amenities. 

BLACKOUT DATES:
January 17-26; President's Day weekend, February 27-28; March 24-25; April 25; June 22-24; July 1-August 31; October 16-27; Labor Day weekend; Thanksgiving week; Christmas week; and New Year's week. 

Please note, this package is for a specific villa. Availability will be based on this specific unit. It is not possible to book multiple Villas during the same reservation period.

PICK UP / SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

Bidder will be responsible for the shipping/mailing fee, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via USPS and billed at standard industry rates. 

Items cannot be replaced if broken, lost, or stolen. Therefore, tracking is advised.

Auction items will not be shipped or will not be able to be picked up prior to April 12, 2023.

SPECIAL NOTE: Crespi Carmelite High School will be closed from April 6-14, 2023 for Easter break. However, the Advancement Office will be open during certain hours listed below.

Local bidders may pick up from Crespi Office of Advancement on April 11, 12, 13, & 14, 2023 between the hours of 11am-2pm. Beginning Monday, April 17, 2023 pick-up hours will resume as normal from 9am-4pm.
