• Complete a mini fitness assessment (live online via Zoom OR in person in North Hollywood, CA)
• Coach Heather designs a custom 4-week training program based on your goals and assessment results
• Access to our Renov8 Fitness Nutrition Guide with our top guidelines for maximizing health and fitness
• Onboarding call with Coach Heather Binns

Followed by 4-weeks of coaching:

• Custom training program including any combination of strength, high-intensity, endurance and/or sport-specific training
• 24/7 access to your custom training program via our app
• Unlimited access to fitness coaching with Coach Heather
• Unlimited access via messaging & email during business hours

Item Special Note

PICK UP / SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

Bidder will be responsible for the shipping/mailing fee, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via USPS and billed at standard industry rates. 

Items cannot be replaced if broken, lost, or stolen. Therefore, tracking is advised.

Auction items will not be shipped or will not be able to be picked up prior to April 12, 2023.

SPECIAL NOTE: Crespi Carmelite High School will be closed from April 6-14, 2023 for Easter break. However, the Advancement Office will be open during certain hours listed below.

Local bidders may pick up from Crespi Office of Advancement on April 11, 12, 13, & 14, 2023 between the hours of 11am-2pm. Beginning Monday, April 17, 2023 pick-up hours will resume as normal from 9am-4pm.
