The GLANE at Ships Watch features the Pasquotank floorplan with the greatroom/living area with fireplace and a wet bar, dining area, kitchen and a powder room on the upper level, optimizing your access to dramatic views. This level also has a spacious King Master (with a private bath) and one bedroom with two twin beds (with a private bath). The lookout (aka Ships Watch) offers spectacular water views.

The lower level (entry level) features a Parlor with a game table and two bedrooms, one a King Master (with a private bath) and the other with two twin beds (with a private bath). Also find the laundry closet on this level.

And a beach house wouldn't be complete without decks, balconys and a great screened porch! 

The GLANE is located at the end of a cul de sac with only 960 feet to the Community Walkway to Beach.
