Broadways Harvey Fierstein is a celebrated two-time Tony Award-winning playwright and two-time Tony-winning actor. He is celebrated for the books for the Tony-winning musicals Kinky Boots, Newsies, Hairspray, the landmark La Cage aux Folles and, most recently, the acclaimed revival of Funny Girl. He is now the New York Times bestselling author of I Was Better Last Night: A Memoir.
