Three dozen gourmet cookies, shipped to anywhere in the US, one dozen a month for three months from Little Buddy Biscuit Company; a Brooklyn based micro-bakery specializing in quality, hand-crafted baked goods. They are dedicated to the art of baking and to making exceptional versions of classic cookies as well as their own unique creations. Their gourmet line is available at local cafes, through special order for parties and events, and by mail order in their signature pink gift boxes. Choose any variety for each shipment - they are all delicious. Listed below are descriptions of their Big Buddies; "Big" because each cookie weighs over 3 ounces.

Chocolate Chunk
Large chunks of to-die-for semi-sweet Belgian chocolate oozing in a chewy, buttery cookie will satisfy the chocoholic in you (and us too!).

Maple Cranberry Oatmeal with Pecans
The smell of ground cinnamon permeates each bite of these big chewy oatmeal cookies. We've added maple syrup for richness and replaced the traditional raisin with the tartness of cranberries. Chopped pecans give the cookie a little bit of crunch for added texture and flavor.

Molasses Spice with Crystallized Ginger Chunks
One bite of this crinkley-cracked top cookie reveals a soft texture with the bittersweet flavor of molasses and a complex variety of spices. We took the extra step of adding big pieces of crystallized ginger for more zing and ping.

Double Chocolate Almond Cherry
Tasters have been raving about the fudgey almost brownie-like gooeyness of this Big Buddy. Loaded with almost an ounce of melted Belgian chocolate and cocoa powder this cookie makes chocolate lover's weep with joy. Chopped tart dried cherries are the perfect compliment to the rich chocolate flavor and toasted almond slivers balance the chewy texture.

Orange Cardamom Coconut with Currants
A cookie that is unique and delicious, with subtle yet distinct qualities. We've blended the sweet tang of orange with grace notes of cardamom and lots of flaked coconut and dried currants. The result is a cookie that tasters say is a must-have with coffee, with tea, for breakfast, in the afternoon...

Pumpkin with Walnuts and Raisins
We combined the traditional flavors of pumpkin pie with the cakey texture of a muffin top. Sweet, plump raisins and chopped walnuts make every bite chewy and crunchy. A sprinkle of sugar gives the outside a delightful crackle. Available in the Fall through early Winter.

Peanut Peanut Butter
Our take on this classic cookie is impressively moist, sweet and light. We use natural creamy peanut butter for rich peanut taste and chopped roasted peanuts for just the right amount of crunch.

Deep Chocolate Chunk with Ground Chile and Spice
Deep chocolate flavor enhanced with a complex combination of spices and intensified with gooey chunks of Belgian chocolate. We use two types of ground chiles to give this cookie its surprise kick. Based on Mexican hot cocoa, the Aztec gods would be pleased.
