Item Description

This advertisement was part of a campaign by the National Episcopal Church to reflect on, rather than celebrate, the 500th anniversary of Columbus’ journey to America. The posters were distributed free to churches and schools in an effort to raise awareness about the negative consequences of European expansion and colonialism.
