Item Description
Four passes to visit the Bonnet House Museum & Gardens and 2 tickets for each night of the Bonnet House Music Series Concerts that will play from January through April 2010 (4 concerts, 8 tickets total).
Bonnet House, an historic 35-acre plantation home and estate, is accessible by guided tour only and will provide you with a fantastic glimpse of Old Florida. Built in 1921, the sprawling two-story waterfront home (surrounded by formal tropical gardens) is really the backdrop of a love story. Some have actually lunched with the former resident of the house, the late Evelyn Bartlett, wife of world-acclaimed artist Frederic Clay Bartlett. Art tours, literary walks and science workshops are offered regularly on the grounds.
Music Series (Concerts dates to be decided but are usually on the second Thursday of the month). The finest young talent in South Florida will be performing at Bonnet House's Young Artist Music Series this winter. Concerts under the stars on the Beautiful Bonnet House Estate with wine, canapes, coffee & dessert compliments prepared and served by students of The School of Culinary Arts of the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. The evening's activities take place in and around the house with the concert taking place on the veranda lawn beneath the moon and stars. Sweet music, balmy starlit nights, and the setting of Bonnet House combine for a truly unique experience.
