Item Description
Bring one of the world's foremost leadership and organizational thinkers and teachers into your organization for the day! Meg Wheatley will spend one day with you and your organization to help make it better prepared for these increasingly complex and challenging times. Meg's one-day visit to your organization will include:
-
a three hour learning session for as many attendees as you like;
-
afternoon sessions with smaller groups of leaders, and
-
a summary session with your core leadership group.
From the Girl Scouts to the U.S. Army, from Fortune 100 companies to small town churches-Meg has worked with and helped them all. She's been exploring the question: "How might we organize differently if we understood how Life organizes?" and this is your opportunity to have your company benefit from what she's learned.

Margaret (Meg) Wheatley writes, teaches and speaks about radically new practices and ideas for organizing in chaotic times. She has worked in virtually every type of organization and on all continents (except Antarctica), and has been a dedicated global citizen since her youth. The consistent focus of her work has been to encourage people to organize as life does-cooperatively, generously, systemically and nonhierarchically. She seeks to create organizations where people are known as the blessing, not the problem.
Meg's newest book, Finding Our Way: Leadership for an Uncertain Time, is a collection of her practice-focused writings, where she describes both the organizational and personal behaviors that bring her theories to life. Her classic book Leadership and the New Science has just been published in a revised and updated third edition, and now appears in 20 languages.
