Your support has made the on-line auction a great success for the Breast Health Project and has helped ensure information and support services remain accessible and free for those who are facing breast or gynecologic cancer concerns in our community.

Our Holiday Open House and Silent Auction will be held on Friday, December 13th from 4:00-6:30.  Larger art items and bottles of wine will be up for silent auction.  Refreshments will be served at our Annual Holiday Party.  Items will be available for preview starting December 2nd.  Proxy bidding is encouraged if you are unable to attend.  Please call us at 707-825-8345 x-130 if you are interested in a proxy bid or you have questions.

Congratulations to the Winning On-Line Bidders:  Here are the Next Steps

1)    Items will be available for pick-up starting Monday, November 18^th at 9 am.  Drop-in times are between 9 am - 2 pm, unless otherwise arranged.

 2)   All winning bidders will receive an email from the auction manager by Tuesday, November 19^th

 3)   Once you receive your email, please respond to Barb Sage, HCBHP’s Office Manager at info@hcbhp.org or (707) 825-8345 x-130 with:

• How you would like to pay – credit card or check
• Whether you will need shipping for your item or will instead pick up the item
• If picking up the item, please let us know when you would like to stop by.

 4)   For the first 2 weeks, credit cards of winners will be charged only after payment method by credit card is confirmed.  If we do not receive a response about payment preference by 12/1, credit cards will be automatically charged for all winning bidders.

5)  If you would like your item shipped, it will be sent as soon as payment is received.
