BJAFA is a 501(c)3 NPO based in Brooklyn run by volunteers. We provide Japanese and Japanese-American families residing in and around Brooklyn with sustained outreach programs that involve cultural and linguistic education. We also provide a space for families to gather in a supportive atmosphere as we navigate the ever-complicated times while raising our children.
Starting on November 25, 2013, BJAFA will be auctioning off a number of fun and unique items to raise money for our organization ---the funds raised will be used to start a Community Library as well as kickstart out summer camp program.
The more items we have the more money we can raise, so we're asking for your help.
