Auction items listed on Bidding For Good will NOT be present at Bowling for Baldness, so make sure that you bid early and use the Buy It Now feature to ensure that you win your favorite items in advance of the event!
Proceeds go to National Alopecia Areata Foundation (NAAF) in order to support finding an acceptable treatment or cure for alopecia areata. Alopecia Areata is an autoimmune disease resulting in the loss of hair from the scalp and other parts of the body. While alopecia is common, affecting 6.5 million in the US (about 2% of the population), both public awareness and research funding for the disease are low. There is no cure for alopecia areata, and there are no FDA approved treatments for the disease. Alopecia areata is highly unpredictable and cyclical.
