Bowling for Baldness

The National Capital Area Alopecia Areata Support Group is hosting our 2nd Annual Bowling for Baldness to benefit the National Alopecia Areata Foundation (NAAF), and we want you to be a part of it.   Alopecia Areata is an autoimmune disease resulting in the unpredictable loss of hair on the scalp and other parts of the body. Unfortunately, there is no cure, and there are no FDA approved treatments.

The goal of Bowling for Baldness is to help change this by raising awareness for Alopecia Areata in the community and funds for research and education. In conjunction with the bowling event, we will hold a silent auction and a raffle.  

In March 2014, our first Bowling for Baldness completely sold out with more than 300 attendees, and raised an impressive $21,000 for NAAF. So, dust off your bowling skills and grab a group of friends and come join us on March 7th!
