Celebrating Youth and Dedicated Supporters of Ohio 4-H
On Saturday, October 3, more than 250 people will gather at the Nationwide & Ohio Farm Bureau 4-H Center to participate in the annual Celebration of Youth. Some of Ohio’s best food and wine will be showcased in this annual event that supports Ohio 4-H Youth Development programs.
The evening includes hors d’oeuvres, dessert and a variety of live auction items. Displays in the Great Hall will feature important 4-H initiatives, including International Youth Exchange opportunities and Ohio Military Kids programs. The event also serves as a reunion for 4-H alumni and supporters.
*Please note that this year all auction items will be carried over as silent or live auction items at our event. You may fill out an absentee bid form if you would like to continue bidding and cannot attend the event. A member of our staff will then bid on your behalf.
What does your gift support?
The majority of funds raised from the Celebration of Youth are distributed through the Ohio 4-H Foundation’s grant program. In 2015, more than $200,000 was awarded to support some of the most innovative youth and volunteer programs in Ohio 4-H.
