FUL Fest
FUL Fest is a free online benefit concert and dinner experience to raise funds for Wisconsin small businesses, musicians, and inner-city youth scholars. The FUL hosted event takes place on May 21st from 5-10 pm with free streaming via YouTube, Facebook Live, and Twitch TV.
Viewers will be linked up with delivery and curbside pickup food from independent local restaurants, giving their takeout orders a boost. Performing music artists are compensated via community event sponsors and can be tipped online. Tax-deductible PayPal donations to FUL will support their mission to build leaders who will be positive change agents in their communities and beyond.
“This is an opportunity for people throughout Wisconsin to come together in support of Future Urban Leaders while lifting up musicians, restaurants, and their workers, many of whom are being disproportionately affected by Covid-19,” says FUL co-founder and program Ross Romenesko. “We’re all in this together.”
Benefit viewers can support participating in local restaurants by placing curated food orders online via this page and www.futureurbanleaders.org. Food orders can be taken starting on Monday, May 4th. Orders must be received no later than 3 pm on May 21st with curbside and delivery pickup times pre-scheduled.
