Item Description
The ink is from Hu Kai Wen Company in Anhui Province, China and is their finest quality. Hu Kai Wen is one of the oldest ink ateliers in China, and has been continually in business since the Ming Dynasty, and certainly among the finest ink producers in China.
Gold foil indicates the highest quality ink. These are shrine objects and are available in limited production and available nowhere else. They are sold by to support Surmang Foundation and the wooden box is inscribed, “by appointment to the Kalapa Court.”
