The Sandy Dog rental home is located at the top of Bumblebee path, an easy 3 minute walk to the beach, and features a large, open floor plan with great views of the ocean and Pt. Reyes. You can watch the sunset over the ocean while sipping a glass of wine, read a book in the window seat listening to the crashing waves, or soak in the hot tub with a view of the beach.
The owners love dogs and welcome yours to the Sandy Dog. There is a nice size fenced yard and even a cookie jar with doggie treats. Kids will enjoy the boogie boards, skim boards, wet suits, sand toys and board games.
Osteria Stellina Restaurant is "Point Reyes Italian" with an unwavering commitment to local organic products. Enjoy Oysters, Pasta and the most delicious desserts at this beautiful Zagat rated restaurant with your $100 gift certificate for lunch or dinner.
Tomales Bay is the largest unspoiled coastal embayment on the coast of California. Enjoy a private kayak tour on Tomales Bay for 4 people tailored for your groups skill level, age, interest, and the conditions of the day we get on the water. Johan Niklasson (4th grade and 6th grade father at Summerfield) has been kayaking for the past 20+ years. He is an active member of Bay Area Sea Kayakers and teaches classes in kayak surfing, touring, stroke technique, safety & rescue, rock gardening, kayak navigation & trip planning etc. Johan has paddled extensively on Tomales Bay and is often found kayak camping on the many beaches on both sides of the peninsula. Johan will be delighted to spend a day on the water (or if you prefer - in the water) with you and your family!
