Come experience the exercise that Hollywood stars like Drew Barrymore and Jennifer Aniston have been raving about. The Bar Method is a fun, safe, hour-long workout that gives you long lean thighs, a lifted seat, sculpted arms and flat abs. It is a unique non-impact exercise that combines interval training, isometrics, ballet, yoga and Pilates all together to create a long, lean, sculpted body. Enjoy a 10-pack class pack at the spa-like Tysons Corner studio. There are over 35 class times offered every week, including weekends, and they offer a womens' only locker room with showers.
Item Special Note
Participants must be at least 13 years old. If any participants are under a physician's injury or other medical condition, they must bring a note from their doctor permitting them to take a class. They cannot permit anyone who is currently pregnant and has not previously taken a Bar Method class, to attend.
Classes must be taken at Tysons Corner location only and non-transferable. Class pack must be initiated by 12/31/18.
Bidders outside of RCC are responsible for shipping and handling fees, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via UPS and billed at standard industry rates.
